Having had numerous salesmen around to quote, each taking varying lengths of time to actually get a price to us, it was refreshing to have Kevin from Sunbright Windows and Conservatories arrive one evening to sit down with us and review what we were looking for. He was happy for me to cook dinner in the background whilst he asked questions, took measurements and drew up the plans so we could see what Sunbright could deliver. Plus, before he left that evening, we even had a price – something only one other supplier had been able to provide on site.
From giving the go ahead to proceed, right through to completion just 3 weeks later, I have to say I was amazed at how well the whole process flowed – particularly considering we had no fewer than 5 different tradesmen visit – surveyor, builders, fitters, plasterers and the electrician. Sunbright certainly appear to run a very slick operation and each and every member of their team is a credit to the company – all providing a very professional, trustworthy and courteous service.
We are really pleased with the end product too and I’m looking forward to taking full advantage of my new room next summer when I can open the bifold doors to the garden and really enjoy having my inside-outside room! In the meantime, it will be my retreat and new dining room during the winter months.

Having had a bad experience with one of the major national companies I decided to go with a local trader. I had 8 windows and a back door fitted in one day. The fitters were excellent and the price was fair. I would highly recommend this company.
Have now had my windows completed by Sunbright and we are over the moon. The windows look great and thier fitters were so clean and tidy.
We would have no hesitation in recomending such a professional company.
They were not the cheapest but their quality and workmanship was great and we took the view you only do this once and we are so glad we chose them.
I obtained a couple of quotations for 10 new windows and Sunbright were the cheapest. Price is important although not as important as the service. The service from start to finish has been excellent and it was a refreshing experience not to have to put up with the usual sales talk/pressure sales etc and to deal with a friendly and genuine Company. The windows were installed quickly (as promised) and the quality of their products is excellent. I would recommend this Company to anyone.
After having 3 quotes, we made our decision to go with Sunbright based on thier very professional approach and quality of thier products.Thier cost was in fact the middle quote but we felt thier products were as good if not better than the highest quote.
We were shown a short film showing us how the products that they use hold the records for strenghth testing under 160 mph wind conditions and unlike most companies the roof and windows are manufactured by the same company Synseal.This meant there was no difference in colour from the roof structure and window frames. I CAN NOW SAY THAT THE CONSERVATORY IS FITTED AND EVERYTHING THEY SAID CAME TRUE. Once again thank you sunbright for a great job and it was a pleasure to deal with such a friendly and professional company.
We were looking for an edwardian conservatory which was 4m x 3m size. we had 2 or 3 double glazing companies come and see us and basically there was a lot of pressure and this turned us off. We then used a marketing company called Quotatis. They then put us un contact with Sunbright Conservatories part of Sunbright Windows Limited “what a difference” they told us they were a regional family firm who have worked in the conservatory business for over 20 years. An appointment was then made and the surveyor Kevin came to see us he designed the conservatory and we even were given a print out of the design. One of the things that made us choose this company was the products are fantastic they even hold the highest wind and snow weight records which told us the product was good. We then decided to go with Sunbright and from the start to finish was a delight they only use thier own employee”s which meant that we only dealt with Gary thier installation Manager who we must say controlled the job from start to finish like clock work.
We would say anybody who is looking for a conservatory should get in contact with this company and enjoy the Sunbright experience. Be warned of double glazing companies who just take on the job and sub contract out the conservatory works which was what we found out about the other companies. The salesman was very professional and we were happy to pay the deposit and the final payment at the end. The fitters Dave and Terry were a delight and they left no mess at all. We agreed to have a show sign on our house for 4 weeks and we got an extra 10% off. The windows are very well finished and there was no disruption to our decoration and we have noticed a big reduction in outside noise levels.
Can’t fault the service and the whole house of 10 windows and 2 doors was installed 3 weeks from order and all fitted in 2 days.
